is primarily dedicated to the specification, development, and dissemination of free, editable and downloadable
mathematical texts aimed, mainly, at "just plain folk."
OMTo believes that, as with everything, discussion is paramount, and so registered people are invited to utilize the Discussion
Board to discuss any issue pertaining to Mathematical Texts in general or in particular, on OMTo or elsewhere, but aimed in the
main at "just plain folk". For example, issues of contents architecture, expository styles, proof style, etc are issues that OMTo
considers most important but, OMTo being keenly aware of its current limitations, any legitimate issue concerning such
Mathematical Texts is quite welcome.
OMTo publishes, by invitation, editorials that it considers to be hopefully thought-provoking opinions. Other than the fact that
such opinions appear below, they are treated like any new topic offered above for discussion: they merely start a new thread
on the Discussion Board and can then be discussed like any other topic.
